By accessing or using Solufile ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Solufile is an AI-powered document chat platform. The Service allows you to:

• Connect your Google Drive account to import selected documents
• Upload documents directly for processing
• Chat with AI about your indexed documents
• Share document access with up to 4 team members (account owner only)

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must sign in with a Google account. By signing in, you:

• Represent that you are at least 18 years old
• Agree to provide accurate and complete information
• Are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Google Drive Access

By connecting your Google Drive to Solufile, you grant us permission to:

• Access only the files you explicitly select via the Google file picker
• Download selected files for indexing
• Export selected Google Workspace files (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for processing

We use the drive.file scope, which means we cannot see or list your entire Drive. We can only access files you choose to share with us. We will not modify, delete, or share your Google Drive files. You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload or process documents containing malware or harmful content
• Attempt to circumvent any security features
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to process documents you do not have rights to
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the Service

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to the documents you upload or connect via Google Drive. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the Service to you.

Our Service

Solufile, its features, design, and technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service offers subscription tiers that include credits, billed monthly. Credits are consumed when you:

• Process documents for indexing
• Send chat messages
• Use advanced features

Credit allocation varies by subscription tier. You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time; changes take effect at your next billing date. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Disclaimers

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI responses will be accurate, complete, or reliable
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors will be corrected

AI-generated content should not be relied upon for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify important information independently.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
• Unauthorized access to your data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or RM100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you upload or process through the Service

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Illegal or harmful activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• At our sole discretion with or without notice

You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law
